No Shipping Rates for [insert address]

  • I’ve tried every configuration to get shipping calculated and it keeps coming up as “No Shipping Rates for [insert address]”

    I’ve tried every state, so it’s not location. I’ve set everything up, but no matter what i do, it won’t work. I just want to use the USPS API, i’ve gotten a username through USPS, set everything up through them, someone help please, i’m at my wits end with wordpress.

    I’m using woocommerce for this, seems like a lot of people have similar problems with this.

  • Hello Maineflyguys,

    Sorry for the issues with the shipping rates in WooCommerce. Generally when you see that message, it means that you don’t have shipping zones set. I did a search through WooCommerce’s shipping documentation and found the page for their shipping settings. It’s buried on their Settings page, but when you get to that section there is also a section for setting up the Shipping zones. If you continue to have problems, let us know!

    Already set that up, problem is still happening

    Does your hosting server have SimpleXML loaded? It’s a requirement for the USPS API. The WooCommerce article is: USPS Shipping Method.

    If you’re continuing to get that problem, please make sure to turn on the debug mode as detailed in the Troubleshooting portion of the article. They give a number of different things to check. We can’t see your installation settings, so you need to be explicit for us to help you determine what’s happening. You may also want to speak with WooCommerce directly for additional support.
