No shipping rates available after update – URGENT

    Right after updating to woocommerce 3.8 and woocomerce services 1.22.1 shipping labels can longer be generated. When trying to select a shipping method, the following error comes up:

    No rates available, please double check dimensions and weight or try using different packaging.

    We’ve been running our website for a long time, the parcels can in fact be shipped. Already tried clearing cache but this made no difference. Noticed that there is for some reason 2 pink “create shipping label” buttons in shipping label and shipment trackign boxes for some reason, this was not the case before

    We need urgent help as we cannot ship products out because of this!!

    (we are on wordpress 5.3)

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re not able to get your products shipped!

    I have seen very similar behavior (buttons in multiple places) in the past when I didn’t fully clear my browser’s cache. Can you double-check that the cache has been cleared?     Caching plugins such as Cloudflare can also cause this. Does your site have anything like this installed? If you have Cloudflare specifically, you can purge cached resources before clearing your browser’s cache yet again to resolve this.

    Thank you, that was in fact the issue, after clearing my browser cache everything was back to normal ??

    I just ran into this problem. I cleared my browsers cache and am not using caching plugins. Did not help. I even tried two other browsers that I have never used before without relief. Downgrading took care of this problem for now.
