No shipping options work

i’m using the konte theme.
i’m having issues with woocommerce shipping zones not working when yith RAQ is activated.
no shipping options display on cart or checkout.
but as soon as i deactivate the RAQ plugin, i see shipping zones on both cart and checkout.
please help!
