In the Woocommerce cart page I added location country, state, city and zip. Then press Update. The response is “No shipping options were found for”… followed by location entered. The product setup includes shipping dimensions, weight, price etc.. Your plugin setup Woocommerce >> Settings>> UPS all fields are completed including Enable custom origin even though it is the same as the store and Enable debug mode. I do not see any debug info. Any suggestions how to remedy the situation?

    Update should read:

    Hi @pauljoel,

Could you paste here the whole UPS API Request and Response you receive after entering the address in the cart? They should be displayed below the notices as on the screenshot below:

    Hello @pauljoel,

Have you enabled the debug mode in the UPS settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > UPS)? After ticking this checkbox:

    https://wpdesk.me/ls/xPpHsSJEvI.png

and saving the changes the debug mode should be activated and the UPS API Request and Response displayed the way I described in the previous post.

    Kind regards,

I assume you mean the debug information should appear under the green bar. Checking the debug box (and save changes) has no effect on the display. The link below has 3 images showing the settings page, before the request for shipping charge and after the request for charge. The before and after displays are identical whether the debug box is checked or not.

    Hi @pauljoel,

Have you added the UPS shipping method to the shipping zone the way described in the plugin documentation?

    https://docs.flexibleshipping.com/article/126-ups-shipping-method

It should be added and visible here:

    https://wpdesk.me/ls/7lLkCOggox.png

If you’ve already added the UPS shipping method to the shipping zone please hit the Calculate shipping link in the cart and enter the shipping data there:

    https://wpdesk.me/ls/cKPSqigFp5.png

UPS won’t be able to calculate the shipping cost if it doesn’t know the recipient’s address.

    Kind regards,
    ?ukasz

Thanks for the support. It is now working. When in debug mode I never saw the log on the shopping cart page. Does there have to be errors or was I looking in the wrong place?

    Hi @pauljoel,

It’s great to hear that everything works fine now. The debug log will be displayed on the cart page if the shipping address is entered first and if you enable the shipping cost calculation on the cart page in the WooCommerce settings.

    Kind regards,
