    Hello,

I am unable to find any solution to why my shipping options are not working in Woocommerce. I have everything set up correctly (they actually have the same set up on another site of mine, and it works).

I have tested by deactivating all plugins. Everything is up to date.

This comes up in the check out and cart page. The error reading ” There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

It applies to all shipping zones I have set up.

This is incredible frustrating! Please help.

  • Hello,

    I can’t troubleshoot your cart/shipping without a login.
Can you provide screenshots of your shipping zone settings and how it looks like when you enter a shipping address at checkout (you can hide any sensitive information).

I recommend?https://snipboard.io?for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    Hello,

Yes, I can share the screentshots.

    General settings:

    Shipping zones:

For the shipping calculation, I have also tried this with a flat rate shipping to see if I had input the equation wrong, but it still doesn’t show any shipping options:

Cart checkout (happens with any shipping zone):

I’ve also tried with the shipping address in only the billing address or adding as a separate billing address.

    Hello @ericabhavani,

Based on your screenshots, I see you are using the UPS Shipping Method.

Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support, as UPS Shipping Method is a paid extension.

Please include a link to this forum thread and your System Status Report, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.

    Hi Chris,

I’m not using a UPS Shipping Method or UPS plugin. I am using the Custom Shipping Methods plugin, where I put my own title with UPS.

Like I said, I have deactivated every single plugin to ensure it was not a plugin issue.

Please help me with this, as it’s been days that my site is on hold because of this.

I did another test and it seems that when I have a shipping option under “locations under all other zones”, the shipping works.

Meanwhile, I create a shipping zone, enter the address for that zone, and again I get the error.

Now what WAS working for a moment, has stopped again.

Under debug mode, you can see that the customer falls under “locations under other zones”, which I have a flat rate set up, and still the error shows.

The issue is not the shipping class, as I don’t use these and have no shipping classes set up.

    Hello,

    Problem solved!

It seems it was a setting from another plugin.

    Thank you,

    Erica
