[NSFW] No Shipping options were found error

Same here, this morning the site was functioning perfectly, but suddendly stop showing me Shippping Options of USPS

We don’t see any issue with the plugin at the moment. I’m wondering if it was a temporary connectivity issue with the USPS API.

Could you check if you are experiencing the issue now?

If so, it would be great to know some details to be able to reproduce it:
– screenshot of your settings of the plugin;
– total weight of the order you are getting unexpected results for;
– dimensions of items in the order;
– shipping destination postcode;
– what shipping options you get for the order;
– what shipping options you expect to get instead;

I can confirm it was temporary connectivity issue with the USPS API as everything was working again the day after. It would be great though to somehow code a rule that if the API is not connecting the module shuts off or a flat rate fee is shown to avoid loosing sales. I was lucky a customer sent an email to let us know she couldn’t checkout but most people will simply abandon the cart.

It’s a good idea to have a fallback rate in case the USPS API is not reachable. Will think about that for a future version.
