No shipping options were found

    Both me and customers are getting this message when trying to pay from my store:
    “No shipping options were found for (address)”
    When paying through Paypal customrs shouldn`t need to add any info as the shipping addrss is coming from Paypal, but still the message appears.
    Why? And how to fix this?
    Also, earlier it was possible just to add a country to the shopping cat to get the shipping cost, but for some countries now you also need to add one or more of State/County, City and ZIP. Both this and the first mentioned issue have appeared in the last few days.

    Hey there!

    Paying with PayPal on a WooCommerce site still requires you to have an address entered on your WooCommerce store to calculate shipping. Requiring a state for shipping when it should not is a known issue and is being fixed in the next update.

    Regarding your comment on Paypal, thats not correct. I have several times tested the system by completing an order and paid through Paypal, and have never had to enter an address or anything until now. One point about using Paypal is so you dont need to enter any info, so everything is easier and faster.

    Hi,

    we’ve made shipping matching more strict in 4.0, but it has caused problems similar to yours and will be reverting back to previous behaviour in 4.0.1 soon.

    Any approx time on when “soon” is? A lot of customers cant place an order now, or they dont want to add all the info, or dont understand that they have to add a County or state that dont excist in their shipping address.
