No shipping options were found

    After conguring plugin it shows “No shipping options were found” and “UPS Exception: 111211 – The requested accessory option is unavailable between the selected locations.
    ” ERRORS.. But the api works fine and gives the values..

    What is the role of access points in plugin? What did they do? Because after disabling the access points, plugin works well.. But still i want to know the role of access points and why should it be disabled?
