No shipping options unless logged in

Good morning,

First of all thank you for your plugin, it works really well.

Today we noticed that if a customer is not registered in our store during the check out every shipping addresses are displayed as: “No shipping options were found”. Customers cannot even complete registration because no shipping option are available so the system does not allow them to register during the checkout. Just pre-registered customers can access to our flexible shipping option.
