I am not able to recreate this issue. Please provide the sender’s and receiver’s address.

In the meantime please make sure that you have the latest version of our plugin and try to isolate this problem by disabling all plugins besides WooCommerce and UPS, and check the rates once again.

Also let me know if after enabling the debug mode, do you see any alerts from UPS API on the Checkout page?

Please change it and check once again the rates.
