    Hello there,
    I’m having an issue with a client’s website. I have added the live and test keys for the Shippo account on plugin settings; but when I save the changes, an error comes up saying that some products don’t have weight, height or length set up. I have set up some random length, weight, height etc for a specific product to see if the plugin actually works, but this message appears on checkout when I try to make a dummy order with this specific product: There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

    Additionally, sometimes a critical error appears on the website because of this plugin. Sometimes I have to deactivate it in order for this issue to disappear, then reactivate it again.

    I have deactivated all third party shipping plugins, and the only plugins left are Woodmart Core, WP Bakery, Really Simple SSL, Woocommerce, Stripe for Woocommerce, Insert Footers and HEaders and your plugin.

    Does it have to do with my Shippo account being a new account? I saw in the Plugin settings a notice that said “Please note that new Shippo accounts require manual verification.
    If plugin has suddently stopped returning shipping rates then you will have to email to [email protected] to re-activate your account.”. What do you mean with manual verification??

    I would like to check if this plugin works properly on the site, as I’m considering buying the pro version. Can you please help me?

    Did validation error disappear (when you are saving plugin settings) after you’ve set product dimensions and weight?

    There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.
    Did you enable carrier accounts in Shippo service?
    What country are you shipping from?

    Shippo default carrier accounts only work from USA originating addresses.

    Additionally, sometimes a critical error appears on the website because of this plugin. Sometimes I have to deactivate it in order for this issue to disappear, then reactivate it again.
    What message do you see? You can check WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs page for possible fatal error logs.

    Do you have a brand new account? If yes, then Shippo usually blocks them until they will validate your payment details.

    My suggestion will be to refer to our Shippo Shippo Documentation first, there is a troubleshooting section there that will help you to diagnose your issue.

    Ok thanks. I’ll be looking into the issues regarding the new Shippo account. Meanwhile I’d like to know if I have to set up the weight and dimensions of ALL products for the plugin to show the shipping rates on checkout. I have added these details for some specific products (not all of them) and made a dummy order with only these specific products, yet I still can’t see the shipping rates on checkout.

    With the PRO version you can define boxes and plugin will use their dimensions, in this case just weight will suffice, otherwise you will need to have both dimensions and weight.

    My suggestion will be to refer to our Shippo Shippo Documentation first, there is a troubleshooting section there that will help you to diagnose your issue.

    Thanks! I solved the problem. If anyone else is having this issue — on the plugin’s settings, make sure that all the Parcel Adjustments (min length, width, etc) have any number instead of a blank space (it can be 0, it just needs to have any number) and save the changes. That solved the problem for me.
