• I’ve been trying to get support for the below issue for a while now, this was previously posted as well, but today a new thing happened:

    Woocommerce Version 2.6.4
    Wordpress Version 4.6.1
    RT-Theme 18 version 1.9.6
    I have a HUGE and URGENT issue, other support threads i searched only talks about their shipping methods and options disappearing on the back-end of the site, but my issue is different.
    I see shipping options and zones and all that in the back-end, but on my front-end no shipping methods are showing. It says shipping will be calculated once an address is entered but even if i do enter an address it gives me an error saying i must enter an address. Plus, one of the shipping methods in my zone is local pick-up, another is post to nearest post office, so no shipping needs to be calculated, only for the door to door stuff. But the customer doesn’t get the options to choose any more. It used to work fine.
    I have just 1 zone for my country (South Africa) set up and this zone contains 4 shipping methods. As mentioned above, 1 of these methods has no cost attached to it as it is a customer to pick up method, then 1 that ships to the nearest post office normally, one that ships to the nearest post office over night and one that delivers door to door that runs on a a 3rd party plugin MDS Collivery that calculates the shipping fee according to the address typed into the billing or shipping form on the check-out page.
    And like i mentioned above, the check-out page used to work fine so the shipping zones and methods are set up correctly.

    Today a new thing happened (even though I did no updates or changed anything from yesterday to today), it gives this bar at the top of the address fields:
    “Customer matched zone: Rest of the World”

    It hasn’t shown that before but if that’s the case then that’s the issue as the client’s shop is based in South Africa and they ship and post only to South Africa. The missing shipping methods is in the zone South Africa (I have even gone as far as adding each province/state separately now to define it even further).

    The shop is set up to sell only in South Africa and ship only to South Africa and that the Default customer location is set on “No default location”:

    Yet, still, the shop says Rest of the world is the identified zone even though I typed in my city and street and suburb and postal/zip code and everything. The form doesn’t give me the option to choose my country and so I can’t change this faulty zone it’s automatically picking up.

    What the hell is going on??

    There are no shipping methods in the “Rest of the world” zone as they do not sell or ship to the rest of the world, not yet in any way. How do I hide this, de-activate this, delete this, anything this so that I either choose my country myself or that it picks up the correct zone?
