Customers are complaining there are no shipping methods. I’m unable to login to settings.
We are monitoring the situation. Can you please check now?
The plugin is not pulling live rates. When I clicked the settings link on the plugin, I get the gateway error:
Gateway Timeout
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.
This is not happening all the time. Sometimes live rates and settings work, but most of the time they are not working.
We have fixed the issue now. Our team is still monitoring the situation and will keep you posted on the final resolution.
