    No matter what I do, I have entered valid addresses including my own and I get the following for a shipping rate “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” I have entered a flat rate or 15 dollars for now, please help fix

    I replied to you on another thread, because I hadn’t seen this one yet – sorry.

    We’ve noticed some Canada Post errors come in where packages have a defined weight, but not any physical dimensions.

    Is there any chance the products you’re attempting to get rates for don’t have weight or dimension information?

    I added dimensions and as you expected I now get shipping rates. This is definitely a step forward, thank you for the quick response. The problem now is that even though I selected the option to “When cheaper, pack multiple items in a single package” it is not working and doubles the shipping.

    This item has a weight of 0.02kg, and for package size I have used a letter sized envelope 24cm x 10cm x 2 cm.

    Hi,

    Just to make sure we are in the same page, let’s recap.

    You said that the crucifix has a weight of 0.02kg, but you didn’t mention its size. It should be small enough so that multiple crucifixes fit in a single envelope. Naturally, if that’s not the case, our program will calculate that you need one envelope for each crucifix. You’ll need to add the dimensions in the Product screen, just where you added the weight: here.

    Then, you’ll need to go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Packages, and you’ll see this screen. You’ll need to manually add there the envelopes and boxes you have available to put items inside. In your case, if I understood correctly, that would be an envelope of 24cm x 10cm x 2cm. Maybe make it a little taller than 2cm to make sure the crucifixes can fit inside.

    Did you configure everything that way, and you are still having that problem? Please let us know, we’ll figure this out soon ??

    Dear Jeff,

    Hope your well, i’m trying to get your product setup on a client site bioremediate.prismprojects.biz

    I’m consistently getting no shipping method available. I’m just trying to purchase the “Eutro – Clear Product”, which I can confirm has both weight and dimension settings in the product area.

    As well as having a zipcode in the shipping method area.

    I’ve enable debug, but can’t seem to ID the issue.

    I can force it to work by putting in a “fallback $”, but it obviously defeats the purpose of the plugin.
