No shipping methods available

Looks like you need to make sure the shipping class minimum weight is BELOW the minimum on the product. Once I did that, error went away.

Could you please clarify what mean “shipping class minimum weight” and “the minimum on the product”? How/where do you set up this?

It appears those fields cannot be empty – i just used a 1 in each

Yes, usually you want to set products weight before using this plugin. However, it’s not necessary. Product with no weight defined considered being zero weight.

Min/Max Weight fields are not necessary too. The plugin should work without them.

It looks for me like a caching issue. WooCommerce caches shipping calculations for an hour. However, when you change WBS settings, for example Min or Max Weight, and save them, WBS clears that cache. Does that makes sense?

Wow – I didn’t know Woo Commerce caches for an hour – that could also help explain why I was scratching my head for so long!

I get the error: “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” and pressing ‘calculate shipping’ after putting in my address doesnt add any price of the shipping – it looks like thats not working…. i have latest woocommerce pluggin files (free ones) with latest version of avada and wordpress…..

There are a number of similar issues filed around here on the support forum. Eventually, it turned out that none of them were related to the Weight-Based Shipping plugin. Please check your configuration.

There might be caching issue. Try to change something in your cart to force cache refresh, e.g. increase quantity of some product.

Try to remove all WBS rules, and keep only one with no Min/Max Weight/Subtotal conditions to see whether it’s working at all.

Try to disable other plugins one by one to check if there is a conflict with WBS.
