    Hello, since i update woocommerce to 4.0 i have this issue. The shipping methods does not appear in the cart page and even in the checkout page also.
    The shipping methods appears only when i am logged in as admin and chaecking the site.
    First i thought something with the address is causing the issue and i tried to make a order as a user (not logged in) and the shipping methods does not appear also, and i insert all the necessary fields with correct infrormation.

    Before the update everything was fine. As far i see also others users have the same issue. So what is wrong?

    please check your payment and shipping methods in WooCommerce -> Options.
    See also if there is a plugin or a theme’s setting that may be responsible for changing normal WooCommerce behavior. Especially, see siteground-optimizer settings that may add JavaScript that blocks payment and shipping in your shop.

    Hi there!
    I understand that you can see shipping methods when you are logged in.
    This might indicate an issue with caching as this is generally disabled for logged in users.

    I suggest that you disable any caching, clear any existing cache and test again.

    You could also contact your host to ensure that all server side caching is cleared.

    You can set up caching to ignore WooCommerce pages such as Cart, Checkout, and My Account.
