• So I am new to this whole commerce thing but my first order cam through today and the customer did not select a radio button for shipping method so nothing was selected and I got a total of zero dollars in shipping cost. I have two shimming methods available, flat rate and local pickup for free. Neither radio button was selected and the cart did not flag this as a error to the customer so they check out without. How can I set this to default to flat rate shipping ad have the local pick up be optionally selected?

  • I can’t reproduce the issue of no error with no shipping method selected. Can you post a screenshot of the order details from your admin area?

    There is not a way to set a default shipping method with Sunshine, though that does seem like a good thing to look at adding in the future.
