    Greetings from WebToffee! Thanks for contacting us on this forum.

    To let the buyers proceed to the PayPal site without filling the checkout page of your store, you may disable the Skip review page option on your PayPal Express checkout page. WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal Express > Skip review page

    Now the error message will not be visible and the address will be provided from PayPal. Check it that way let us know how it goes.
