No shipping Method Available

    Hello,

    I have a trouble with shipping methods.
    I created a shipping zone (France) with Flat rate at 30 euros. But when it is enabled, and I enter an address in France, it says “no shipping method available”.

    – The possibility to order without an account is enabled
    – I tried with debug mode it doesn’t make any difference
    – All My shipping zone have shipping method (only one zone)

    Any clue why I could have this problem?

    So that we can take a closer look, kindly share with us a screenshot of the France shipping zone from WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping >**your France shipping zone**

    The thing I try to achieve is that I would like Free shipping for France (contingent) and charge 30 euro flat rate for specific department (French Island).
    But it doesn’t work.

    Thanks for the screenshot.

    Just one note, shipping calculation is done on a first-match basis. That said, you’ll want to move the shipping zone that is limited to the French Island higher than the contingent France.

    I noticed that your site’s checkout flow is quite customized. Just to check, since I didn’t want to place an actual order on the site, what happens when you try checking out with France? If possible, could we get a screenshot of that?

    I moved up the “Islands” shipping zone and yet, now it works when I input the zip code of an island town, the flat rate applies as I want to.
    However, when I put a zip code in France contingent, it still says that no shipping method is available, but I have the free shipping enabled for this zone.

    Thanks for the videos!

    The problem seems to lie with the “Free Shipping requires” part where you’ve put both a minimum order amount and a Coupon. So, without a valid coupon that offers free shipping, this shipping option will not be given to the customer.

    Try changing it to Minimum amount only and then test again.
