No shipping method available

    Hey there,
    I have installed your plugin (got account from dhl), set the product kg, dimension etc, set the pickup address with postal code and when i try to checkout there is no shipping available.
    Any advice?

    Hi,

    Please select the option to show account rates in the plugin settings Rates and services and see if you get the shipping options. There is no error in the response the API is just not able to get the shipping rates.

    Done it’s working now thanks.
    I have a question regarding multi products can somehow be sorted in one box? Because if i add more products to the cart the shipping cost will increase.
    So if i have 2 products can the plugin showhow combine them into 1 shipping box?

    Hi,

    With the free version of the plugin we have only one packing option which will pack each item individually, But in the premium version you can select weight based or pack into custom boxes options.
