no shipping method are show after connecting my accout

I have created an account in UPS, accessed their API, and retrieved the user ID. However, when I add this user ID to the UPS plugin settings, no shipping addresses are shown on the checkout page (see screenshot: Screenshot). It doesn’t matter which address I input; no shipping methods appear.
Please review this issue and let me know how i should proceed.
