No shipping Info for Label printing

In the back-end when clicking on an order and then clicking on “Create Shipment” under Sendle shipment options, I am taken to a blank page with no shipping information or link to print the shipping label. There is only the heading “shipment information”. On the order there is a value for the Sendle shipping. What could the problem be?

The Sendle Logs are not showing any errors.
