No shipping/billing details are sent to paypal

    Hello,

    paypal is not receiving any billing/shipping details from the order in woocommerce. When the customer log in into paypal, the shipping details of the customers paypal account are used.

    “Enable to prevent checkout address being changed at the PayPal end.” is enabled.
    “Enable to send shipping details to PayPal instead of billing” is disabled.

    Because of this issue, it is possible for customers to change the shipping country in paypal and the shipping fees of my store will not be charged.

    We checked this on our test environment and were unable to replicate the issue of shipping detail being changed. Can you please share the PayPal log and the screenshot of your plugin settings page?
