No shipping and order processing

Hello,
I have disabled shipping in Woocommerce settings. Once I finish payment in checkout I get to the thank you page and everything seems to work fine, i’m going to orders screen in WP Admin and I see that the order I just created has the status “Processing”, why? shouldn’t it be completed if there is no shipping?
