No shipping address on order confirmation

Dear developers,

When we receive order conformations from our Woocommerce shop, we only see the billing address, but not the shipping address. When i look in the orders in my wordpress dashboard, i see there is a shipping address filled in, but it’s not shown in the confirmation email. This makes it very hard for my client to process the orders.

I checked on several places for a fix, but can’t find any, so i really hope someone here can help me with this one.

PS: Not sure if it’s somehow connected, but one of the email recipients is no longer receiving emails when a new order is made. Some while ago it worked, but no longer.
