No Shipping Address After Checkout

    Hi, I am utilizing Amazon Pay as a checkout option for my store. The transaction and payment via Amazon Pay is going through without any issues but when I go back and check my Woocommerce Orders page, there is no Shipping Address being captured. How do I get Amazon to send its Shipping information to Woocommerce so it is stored for processing? Thank you

    Hi @emericas ,

    Are the products virtual products by chance? If so, Amazon won’t provide a shipping address. It will only give an address if there is a physical product being shipped.
