No sharing counters are working…

Hi, great plug-in, but on a new site I just launched, none of the social counters are working. I just tested by sharing with Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, and the shares worked but the numbers still all read 0. Can you please help??

I saw the post about needing to upgrade to the Plus version to fix the Facebook issue, but this is happening across all social counters.
