No settings to modify the file.

In one of my pages I installed it and it does not work, It simply shows up an empty space with an “X” to close the pop up, also the “settings” tab is missing. In my other site, it works but I’m unable to modify it. Once I do add my page, it does not work. Also “Settings” tab is missing.
