No settings to allow user to subscribe / edit frequency of digests

I have just installed bbpress-notify on a sandbox site to test if it will work as we need.

We’re after a tool to allow users to subscribe to daily or weekly digests of new posts in addition to or instead of being notified of new posts when they are created.

Although I’ve installed the plugin and activated it, and set the plugin settings in such a way as seems to make sense, I can’t see anywhere on the user profile pages where they can subscribe to forum digest emails, or having subscribed, specify their sending frequency.

In fact, for a logged in user, there appears to be no mention of BBPress-notify at all. I’m using Paid Memberships Pro, and Oxygen Page Builder in case that makes any difference….
