No Settings > Reading option on my wordpress

HI

I’m trying to set up static pages that come with the Port theme and I have to go to Settings → Reading for “Front page displays”, but there is no ‘reading’ tab or option in my settings. It only has: General, Writing, Discussion, Analytics.

Any help is hugely appreciated.
