I installed CookieYes on my WordPress site and I want to make sure it’s California compliant. When I go to the settings page in my WP dashboard for CookieYes, all the tabs are blank (General, Customize Cookie Bar, Customize Buttons, etc.) When I click on these tabs one by one, there’s no content. I tried in Firefox and Chrome. Is this a bug or is it because I installed the free version? The tab “Free vs Pro” is blank also, so I can’t compare the two on the settings page.

    Hi @wrapyourbaby,

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

Sorry for the inconvenience. Are you getting any javascript errors in the browser console?. If possible kindly share the screenshot from the browser console.

I just came across this thread again and I checked – this behavior hasn’t changed. I’m not sure what I’m looking for in the browser console. Should I be checking for Javascript errors from the GDPR Cookie Consent settings page in my dashboard, or from the front end of my website when the cookie message is showing?
Sorry for the long delay – this project got buried for a while.
