No settings in block “idea form”

Please provide a screenshot of the issue. Please also provide diagnostic info which is at the bottom of the IdeaPush Support tab in the plugin settings.

This looks like a plugin conflict, it looks like another plugin is putting CSS or JS on our settings page and that is affecting functionality I suspect. The reason I say this is even the look of the tabs doesn’t look right with that grey background. So something is doing something.

I would advise disabling all other plugins and then checking out the “Idea Form” tab again and you should hopefully see the options to edit the field labels for the default form etc.

If that doesn’t work, the issue may come from your theme, so you can maybe temporarily try using the Twenty Twenty theme or one of the standard WordPress ones.

I also set this plugin to my other site with totally another theme and plugins, it is the same problem!

Could it be an issue with your server environment and caching? Maybe you can adjust these settings?

The issue isn’t being reported by anyone else at the moment and just based on your screenshot it does look like a plugin or theme conflict or as I said perhaps a server environment issue. I tried recreating the issue on a sandbox account of WordPress and I couldn’t achieve this either. Due to the forum rules I am not able to provide the support necessary diagnose what may be occurring on your specific instance of our plugin.
