    Hi @pipoulito,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you’re facing issues with the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway. To have a better context of this issue, could you please help confirm if this was working correctly before the update?

In the meantime, if possible, please temporarily deactivate any active plugins and only have WooCommerce and Stripe to see if the issue persists.

Please be sure to have a backup in place before proceeding.

Let us know how this goes.

    Hi @pipoulito,

Thanks for sharing further details on this. However, were you able to only test the issue with WooCommerce and Stripe for WooCommerce as the only active plugins to see if the issue persists?

Also, please help check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs, for any error logs (if any). You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via?https://gist.github.com/?and send the link here.

    Hi again @pipoulito,

    Sorry about the issue persisting.

As a next step, on a staging site, please use the WP Rollback plugin to rollback your Stripe for WooCommerce version to a previous version and see if this makes any difference.

Let us know how this goes.

Glad to hear it @pipoulito – thanks for letting us know!

I recommend using that as an alternative for the time being.

I’ll mark this thread as resolved now. If you have any further questions, I recommend creating a new thread.
