No "Set Featured Image"?

    If the user add an image to the post, it can be shown as featured image (theme dependent)

    I have plans to have a specific function for adding featured image, butI haven’t managed to solve this yet, still on my list though. I need to get the 2.0 version out first – I have have been very busy with other things, but hope to complete v. 2 in a couple of weeks
