No Service Point Delivery option

  • Hi,

    I don’t have the option to chose Service Point Delivery in the dropdown menu when adding a new shipping method. I am running wordpress 5.3.2 with woocommerce 3.9.1

  • Hi there, we have the same issue. And the shop we run needs thi option to get paid. So help is needed quick.

    It looks like your plugin is not ready for Woo 3.9.1
    We did send a support ticket and are more than eager to get a answer.
    Just saying that it’s being reviewed (or not) is also an answer ??

    Two weeks later and still an issue apparently. I also run this with a fresh WP and WooCommerce installation. And I want to test Sendcloud, but nothing is happening.

    Is Sendcloud out of business?

    Hi Jeroen, we got it working again… and that was by switching back to Woo 3.8 (previous version. We now have it working on 3.9.2 as well.

    Use the Sendcloud support from the website.
    It’s much quicker in response.
