No Service Named Request

    I have a staging site with the “Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce” plugin installed.

    When I do the Production Connection Test it comes out as successful.

    However, when I run an actual transaction I get “No service named request was registered”

    All works well on the produciton site.

    Any idea where I should look for a solution?

    Hi @lkdasa,

    Thank you for contacting us. Did you check the debug logs to see if additional information was provided?

    I am not sure that error is actually coming from the Braintree plugin. Can you do a test where just WooCommerce and Braintree are enabled? That will tell us if it’s another plugin or not.

    Also make sure all required libraries are installed on your staging server. Curl, etc.

    Thanks. I tried disabling some plugins and all is well. Seems Mailchimp was the problem. So problem not at your end I’m happy to say.
