No send error but MailPoet doesn’t send mail

I can’t see any MailPoet account associated with that site, so I guess you’re using the free version of our plugin and you’re sending with a third-party method.

In this case, I’d recommend reaching out to your email sender and let them know about the problem, so they can check if the emails are actually sent or not from their end.
