No select box to enable auto tax calculation

    I have jetpack and woocommerce.com connected. I need to get this connected up enough so that I can point my client at the correct place to sign up for the automated service.

    Hi @graftedin ,

    Automated taxes work only in US at the moment. Is your client’s business based out of US? If so, can you please go to WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → General and make sure correct US address, including the State and Postcode is added there?

    Also, do make sure that Enable Taxes option is checked on WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → General page.

    Post that, you should see option to enable automated taxes in WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Tax.

    If that doesn’t help, then please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response so we can check this further.
