Try this:

1. Open /secondary-title/includes/hooks.php
2. Go to the secondary_title_scripts_and_styles() function (line 223).
3. Replace "$plugin_folder/styles/admin.css" with "{$plugin_folder}styles/admin.css" (don’t forget the quotes).

And then please report back.
