No search results with Predictive Search

Hi there, I user Woo Predictive Search on my blog, and although it has not gone haywire with the Search Meter plugin, the Search Meter plugin is not giving me any results. I’ve contacted support for the Predictive Search plugin and have been told that compatibility on their part is not an issue, since the Predictive Search plugin still functions normally…so I am asking for support here regarding Search Meter.
