• Hey guys, I’ll try to explain how I set this up, and what I need it to do.

Okay, so first off, I have a website for an Audiology clinic. This clinic has 18 different locations.

So I was going to use this plugin to let my users search for their nearest location.

This is how I set the plugin up:

    I installed the plugin

    Activated

Created a new page in WordPress called “Find Your Nearest”

Went to the settings page, and filled in all the required info (wouldn’t let me select country, but I found a fix above). Selected my “Find Your Nearest” page as the search results page.

Added in some “entities” which I am calling locations,

And then added the search widget to one of my sidebars.

When I input one of my locations postal codes into the search widget, it sends me to the “Find Your Nearest” page, and a “loading” image shows up, but 0 results ever pop up. The loading image just keeps spinning.

Any ideas as to what I could be missing?

Please let me know if you need any information from me.

    Thank you
