No search results from the second language

    Hello,

    We are using the TranslatePress plugin with out WooCommerce WordPress site with two different languages, English (as default) and Albanian (as a second language).

    The search option is working fine on English, but when we perform a product search while Albanian language is selected, no products show in the results even though they exist. The product title and content language is in Albanian.

    In the example below I am searching the product “Bateri” for Batteries. It returns search results when English is set, and no results when Albanian language is set.

    English: /en/shop/?product_cat=&s=bateri&post_type=product
    Albanian:/sq/shop/?product_cat=&s=bateri&post_type=product&trp-form-language=sq

    We are using the free version of TranslatePress but if this issue can be solved we can buy the plugin.

    I have checked your site and the search seems to retrieve results even when Albanian is selected.

    Have you perhaps solved this issue?

    I’m having the exact same issue, but not for all products, main language is English and second language is French

    In French, some products i find when searching with their french name and some i don’t.

    The one i don’t find when searching with their french name, if i search with the english name, i’m able to find them.

    I’ve been dealing with this for 2 days.

    Uninstalled and re-installed Translatepress, dropped the tables and recreating them by clicking save in the plugin settings and started the translation all over, no luck

    Examples:

    For cherry tomato
    If you look with the french name: cerise
    you don’t find anything

    If you look with the english name: cherry
    it finds the tomato

    Working product: Cauliflower
    If you search with the french name: Chou Fleur
    it’s working

    I disabled WP Super Cache and delete the cache, re-saved the translation, still doesn’t work

    Would appreciate any help
