Copie en el navegador el link que no se abria, y pude acceder a la configuracion del plugin.

Ahora sigue sin funcionar Analytics a pesar que figura que está conectado correctamente.

Pruebo lo siguiente, Ingreso en el sitio y en tiempo real no aparece ese ingreso. Los usuarios no son contados, sumados en el registro de usuarios de cada dia

@yantal Thanks for the reply. Can you confirm that you have now connected your Analytics in Site Kit but are having trouble viewing your stats? Currently, Site Kit only displays stats for UA properties with support for GA4 properties coming soon.

If you compare your Site Kit UA property stats with your Analytics account then these should match up. Can you confirm this?

@yantal When checking your website through tag assistant I can see two Analytics tags being picked up. Could I please check with you if you are excluding all logged in users from being tracked for Analytics? You can check this by going to Settings > Connected Services > Analytics > Edit and checking the setting here.

If you have this selected then any page visits from your logged in site users will not be tracked to Analytics. You can also try visiting your website front end via an incognito browsing window while not logged into your account which should then track to your Analytics.

Tengo una consulta.
Veo que todo se esta registrando, pero surgió una anomalia ayer, si veo en el analitycs de mi celular he tenido ingresos. Ahora con la misma configuración desde la laptop el registro es 0, Como puedo comprobar o resolver este error?

@yantal Could you please confirm if this is for your uA Analytics property or your GA4 property? The reason I ask is because at present, Site Kit only supports the display of UA(Universal Analytics) data and not yet GA4 within it’s dashboards. You can find out more information on this in our?Using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)?guide.

Here you will also find our GitHub issue for further GA4 work so please feel free to follow this for future updates on GA4 within Site Kit.

You can quickly jump to your Analytics account from the Site Kit dashboard by clicking on the Source: Analytics quick link which will take you to your account where you will be able to view your GA4 data as you have mentioned you can.

This is why the data in your Site Kit dashboard is only showing the UA data currently. You can add a UA code to the site and link this to your GA4. You can do this with the GA4 setup assistant.

We are making good progress on the GA4 reporting with the sunsetting of UA Analytics properties coming up so please keep an eye on this as we look to roll this out as soon as we can.
