Your site uses a custom scrollbar (probably javascript) which seems to replace the browser’s native scrollbar and handle all page scrolling. ‘Page scroll to id’ cannot therefore affect the behavior of another plugin/script.

To make both plugin’s work together you need to use ‘Page scroll to id’ scrollTo method (see plugin homepage for more info) inside a callback function/option of the custom scrollbar plugin you’re using.

Thanks any way but my theme has an option to turn off ‘smooth scrolling’ I did that and it works.

me again. It works with the Div id = “footer-widget” but I can’t get it to work with any other ids i’ve made on my page.

Any ideas.
