    Hi,

So, first off, OUTSTANDING plugin. I love it and have loved it for awhile. I noticed though that the plugin doesn’t seem to be working on my site when viewed on mobile. Running Android Nougat and latest versions of Chrome and Firefox. Also, doesn’t work when I enable mobile view when inspecting with Chrome. Please help! Thanks!

    Dear Dabookbinder,

I have tested the website https://entifydesigns.com on my Android phone (V7 Nougat), on both chrome and firefox (latest versions) and found no issues with scrolls.

    Here are the screenshots:

Also, I tried Chrome’s inspect element with mobile view enabled, still scrolling was fine.

Please let me know if there is anything specific I am missing in order to recreate this issue on my end.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I realized I wasn’t very clear in my OP. The scroll works but the animations don’t. The sections load normally. For instance the first section is a fade in. The next two slide in from different directions. The last is a zoom in. Yet when I load the page on mobile, everything is already loaded. And I have the animations set to load on scroll.

Oh in that case, please check if the “Enable in Smartphones” is set to Yes in settings.

Here is a screen from more info.:

Phones usually do not have hardware support to support all the aniamtions, that’s why animations are disabled by default on phones.
