    Hi,
I’m using WP 3.6 (latest version).
Can anyone suggest how to retrieve the ‘Screen options’. It’s not appearing at its usual place at the top right. All plugins have been disabled but to no avail.
I can supply more info it it might help.

    Thanks for any help

    – To rule out any theme-specific issue, try switching to the unedited WP default theme for a moment using the WP dashboard. If you don’t have access to your admin area, you can switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme. That will force your site to use it.
resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems (because the hooks remain unless plugins completely removed or some plugins stick around in cached files. So by renaming the folder, you break them and force them inactive).

    Hi Tara,

Sorry for the late reply back to you.
I am still unable to get ‘Screen Options’ using the theme created in Artisteer (this is probably an Artisteer issue rather than WP but any help would be very much appreciated.

I can get Screen Options in all the 3 default WordPress themes but not in the one created with Artisteer. Is there a specific coding area that I could check for possible errors?

    All plugins are disabled.

    Thank you.

As you mentioned, it’s a problem caused by Artisteer so the proper way would be to contact them for support.

I can get Screen Options in all the 3 default WordPress themes but not in the one created with Artisteer.

This indicates your “Artisteer” theme is broken or not compatible with WP version you are running.

Since the Artisteer theme is not in the WP theme repository, you can get the best support by contacting the theme developer.

Thank you very much for the two support comments above.

I have now submitted an Artisteer support enquiry and are waiting their response.

    This case is now closed.

    You are welcome ??

Hi Michael, did you get an answer on that from artisteer?
