After setting schedule backup and get “Schedule Saved” i can’t see nothing on “Scheduled Backups” but an only “loading” advice and this error on the console:

What result do you get when calling this link

https://xxx.yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=get_scheduler_list

that should return a json output of the records from the wp_xcloner_scheduler table like below

i get 0, i think there will be a problem when i save the schedule backup. Xcloner say it is saved but it isn’t.

Do you see any records in the wp_xcloner_scheduler? Does that table exist?

three records on the db (that are the schedule created) but “0” on the page of this url “/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=get_scheduler_list”

From what it looks like, the api command is not being processed by the server, or it could be a plugin conflict, which other plugins do you have installed? Try doing a test and disable them all, is the issue the same?

i notice that also the manual backup has problem, i can’t download it. i i try i get an empty page with “0” text. I build a demo and i try to disable all plugins and see what happen.

@nonchiedercilaparola, the plugin “qTranslate support for WooCommerce” has not been updated in 2 years. This could represent a risk for your site.
