    Let us look into this.

It seems this is a JW player bug or a bug with the metadata inside the file (it e.g. takes too long before the player sees height and width). This is not a bug in the plugin.

It works in Firefox, because the browser falls back to Flash inside Firefox.

For you you can work around this issue by changing the primary from html5 to flash. After the change the player defaults to flash in all browsers that support flash and the player will fallback to html5 in browsers without flash support (e.g. Safari on iPad).

OK, so changing to flash will work for the moment.

If it is a bug in the player, i assume the team will work around it.

if it is in the meta data of my file, OK, i will work around that.

It is good to report this anyway as might help the developers see what is not working as it should.

Yes, it is indeed good to report this and the issue has been noted and will be investigated by the player developers.

    Thank you.
