No “Save – update” button at the top.

Hi i am new in wordpress but not in programing.
I can ‘t find save – update button at the top of my page, after i was edit the filelds in “Form settings” page.
i was searching for a wild, until i saw it, in youtube video.

In my wordpress, at the top, there no save button.

My wordpress version:4.4.15
My cformsII version: 13.2.2

i try to understant this method but i dont understand there is the files to make the changes.
Any idea?
