No save of setting ‘remember me’ in settings form

Hi, I want ‘remember me’ in the widget. But if I check the checkbox in the settings, the check is not saved and the ‘remember me’ is not showing in the widget. If I press the save button, at top of screen I get the message ‘Settings updated successfully’ but it is not.
